What’s included in the Reset
Detailed guides on nutrition, what & when to eat, sample meal plans, recipes, food and shopping lists, how to cook meals, video tutorials etc.
Group Coaching: There are 5 x online group sessions with an Accredited Dietitian. The first is a week before the reset starts so you can get prepared and ask any questions. Then we have 1 x group session each week of the reset. You can join live or watch recordings.
Individual Dietitian Support: If you have questions outside of the group coaching sessions you can text a Dietitian at Nutrition Fx with your query. We’re here to help you succeed and achieve the best results possible.
Nutrition Education: you will receive daily education and inspiration via email to support your understanding of nutrition. Education will cover topics such as weight management and fat loss, body composition, metabolic health, the importance of stable blood sugar control, gut health, detoxing the liver etc.
Community Support: You will receive access to the amazing Health Upgrade Facebook Group & WhatsApp Group. Here you can share experiences & recipes with other people doing the reset alongside you. It’s also a great place to recharge your motivation and accountability.
Maintenance Plan: In week 4 of the Reset we will provide advice on how to reintroduce foods slowly and what a maintenance meal plan will look like for you moving forward.
